In an interview with URA.RU, he recalled that life preservation skills in extreme situations are studied in schools within the framework of life safety.

“I believe that the Ministry of Education of Russia, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia should develop recommendations for expanding the course and introducing some kind of rescue training,” the expert said.

In his opinion, psychologists should participate in the development of such programs.

On September 20, six people were killed and 28 injured in the shooting at the Perm State National Research University.

According to the Investigative Committee, the attacker is a university student.

During the arrest, he resisted and was wounded.
