"The hotline of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the Perm Territory received 65 calls," the interlocutor told the TASS news agency.

It is noted that the callers mostly inquired about the fate of relatives and friends, there were also people who needed psychological help.

On September 20, six people were killed and 28 injured in the shooting at the Perm State National Research University.

According to the Investigative Committee, the attacker is a university student.

During the arrest, he resisted and was wounded. 

President of Israel Yitzhak Herzog, US Ambassador to Moscow John Sullivan, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko and others expressed their condolences in connection with the tragedy.
