The CEC counted more than 70% of the protocols in the elections to the State Duma

This is evidenced by the data of the CEC.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is gaining 20.29% of the vote, the Liberal Democratic Party - 7.69%, Fair Russia - 7.43%, New People - 5.55%.

The rest of the parties do not currently overcome the 5% barrier to enter the State Duma.
