The instructor and his student were injured in the accident.
The two occupants were able to escape from the plane on Sunday (local time) using an ejector seat, as the authorities in the small town of Lake Worth announced in a press conference.

"The plane was in the yard and started to burn," said a local resident of a regional TV station.
The plane was a T-45 Goshawk.
