The text of the law which should reserve only the Congolese of father and mother the opportunity to stand for the presidential election is no longer a priority, according to Christophe Mboso.

The answer was given to journalists who wanted to know the fate of this bill tabled in the National Assembly.

The text was tabled by Noël Tshiani, an unsuccessful candidate for the last presidential election.

The latter seized the National Assembly through a deputy.

A law that arouses political tensions

The camp of Moïse Katumbi expressed its hostility affirming that the text was not going in the right direction.

My proposal was not rejected, I assure you that it will be aligned,

 ” he assures us.

But, officials of the Katangese Youth warn: "

we must avoid arousing secessionist inclinations
