The carabinieri of the Frascati investigative unit carried out a preventive seizure decree of assets, issued by the investigating judge of Rome at the request of the local DDA, which concerned various current accounts, a car, cash, jewelry, many of which were found in the availability of the under investigation during the searches carried out on April 15 as part of the "gramigna bis" operation.



Among the assets seized there is also a noble funeral chapel built in the Ciampino cemetery and attributable to some members of the family. Two other arrests were also carried out for fictitious registration of assets and in one case with the aggravating circumstance of the mafia method. The new arrests are framed in the context of the investigations, conducted by the Carabinieri of the Frascati investigative nucleus between April and November 2018 under the direction of the Rome anti-mafia district directorate, which led to the notification of an ordinance that laid down measures on 15 April. precautionary measures for 23 people.
