Bahrain expresses its rejection of the false allegations contained in the European Parliament resolution regarding the UAE
The Kingdom of Bahrain has expressed its strong rejection of the false allegations contained in the resolution issued by the European Parliament regarding the United Arab Emirates.
And the Bahrain News Agency quoted the Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs as saying in a statement today, “The European Parliament’s decision was based on incorrect information, lacks credibility, and contradicts the remarkable achievements of the United Arab Emirates in the field of human development, preservation of human rights and the promotion of human rights.” Principles of justice and equality, and providing a decent life for all citizens and residents on its land, in compliance with what is stipulated in its constitution and national laws.
The ministry affirmed that the UAE's record in humanitarian dealings, protection of rights and adherence to the values of equality, justice and non-discrimination is a bright record, evidenced by the high position it occupies in global indicators and its classification among very high human development countries in the Human Development Index of the United Nations Program developmental.
