“We came to all the voters in the country and said: this is what we are proposing ... The voter heard us, the voter believed us, the voter voted for us,” TASS quoted Zyuganov as saying.

After counting 12.25% of the protocols of the CEC, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation gains 24.40%.

United Russia has more than 40%.
