The head of the A Coruña Guard Court has decreed a communicated prison without bail for intentional homicide aggravated by treachery and cruelty for the alleged perpetrator of the sexist crime that occurred last Wednesday in A Coruña, sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Galicia report.
The 48-year-old detainee, with a history of gender violence against two other women, was brought to justice at 10:00 this morning.
The alleged perpetrator of the crime had had a relationship with the victim for a few months, whose body was found by his son with stab wounds at his home on Juan Darriba Street, in the Coruña neighborhood of O Birloque, on the night of Wednesday to Thursday .
The detainee had a history of gender violence in relation to two other women, but there were no previous complaints by the victim of this event, as confirmed by the Government Sub-delegation.

in 2021, was arrested late on Thursday in Madrid after a search device was launched.
