The head of the A Coruña Guard Court has decreed a communicated prison without bail for intentional homicide aggravated by treachery and cruelty for the alleged perpetrator of the sexist crime that occurred last Wednesday in A Coruña, sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Galicia report.
