The specialist noted that at the moment it is impossible to determine how the “incidence of the mu coronavirus” will develop.

At the end of August, the World Health Organization (WHO) added the B.1.621 strain of coronavirus, identified in January in Colombia, named with the Greek letter "mu", to its monitoring list as "an option of interest."
