According to him, the elections are held at a high organizational level.

He added that the observers from the IPA CIS did not reveal any problems with the electronic voting.

Earlier it became known that more than 1.7 million people in Moscow voted online in the elections to the State Duma in two days.

In Russia, there is the third day of voting in the elections of deputies of the State Duma of the VIII convocation, which are held from 17 to 19 September.
