Earlier, the head of the Central Election Commission of Russia, Ella Pamfilova, said that the total turnout in the elections to the State Duma as of 10:00 Moscow time on September 19 was 35.69%.

In Russia, there is the third day of voting in the elections of deputies of the State Duma of the VIII convocation, which are held from 17 to 19 September.
