At least three people have been killed in a series of bomb attacks targeting Taliban vehicles in a stronghold in eastern Afghanistan, the Associated Press reported.

Today (18th), three consecutive bomb attacks took place in Jalalabad, the capital of Nangahar province in eastern Afghanistan.

At least three people were killed and 20 others were injured in this chain of attacks targeting Taliban vehicles.

It is not yet known whether Taliban members were among the casualties.

The faction that claimed to be behind the bomb attack has not yet emerged.

Some observers speculate that it may be the work of the extremist terrorist organization ISIS, which has been dissatisfied with its ideology or way of governing after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan.
