China News Service, Putian, September 17 (Reporter Long Min Zheng Jiangluo) From September 10 to 8:00 on September 17, Fujian Province has reported a total of 272 local positive infections, including 263 confirmed cases and 9 asymptomatic infections. (All in Putian City).
The Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention performed viral genome sequencing on positive infections. The 56 cases with results have been analyzed, all of which are Delta mutant strains, all belonging to the same transmission chain.
