Former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, in a statement filed with the president of the college, yesterday wrote that the decision of the Milan judges of the Ruby ter case to subject him to an "unlimited psychiatric examination" was "detrimental to his history and his integrity" , as well as an "obvious prejudice against him".
