A pensioner dies at a polling station in Novosibirsk from sudden cardiac arrest

The chief physician of the regional ambulance station Irina Bolshakova told Interfax about it.

“A 71-year-old woman with sudden cardiac arrest,” she said.

According to her, the paramedic on duty at the site began to provide assistance, the ambulance team arrived eight to nine minutes later.

“Unfortunately, it was not possible to save her,” Bolshakova said.

Three-day elections will be held in Russia from 17 to 19 September, the Russians will elect deputies of the eighth convocation of the State Duma, representatives of 39 regional and local parliaments and heads of nine regions.
