Without presenting a negative result of a PCR test or an antigen test, made, respectively, no earlier than 72 or 48 hours before arrival in Turkey, entry into Turkey is possible only with a Sputnik V vaccination certificate.

This is stated on the ATOR website.

Vaccination certificates with other Russian vaccine preparations (Sputnik Light, EpiVacCorona, KoviVak) are no longer accepted by the Turkish side.

Tourists vaccinated with these vaccines need to have a certificate with a negative PCR test or rapid antigen test when boarding a flight to Turkey.

Also, from the new explanations of the Turkish authorities, it follows that the new restrictive measures introduced on September 6 apply to tourists.

Tourists vaccinated by Sputnik V can present their vaccination certificate for domestic flights within Turkey, without having to do a test.

But unvaccinated tourists who entered Turkey can present the results of their tests made in Russia for travel by public transport and domestic flights only if 72 hours have not passed at the time of boarding the transport (for a PCR test) or 48 hours (for an express test for antigen).
