Recently, a 66 million-year-old giant triceratops skeleton fossil will be auctioned at the Drouot Auction House in Paris, France in October this year.

Before the auction, one can visit its exhibition in the Marais district.

"Big John" is a huge triceratops skeleton with a history of more than 66 million years. The skull is 98 feet long and 78 feet wide.

The skeleton was discovered on a farm in Montana, USA, and restored in the Zoic laboratory in Trieste, Italy.

  According to the auction company, the fossil is the largest triceratops specimen found in the world so far, and the estimated transaction price is between 1.2 million Euros (approximately RMB 9.2 million) and 1.5 million Euros (approximately RMB 11.5 million).
