There were 50 passengers and three crew members on board.
Nobody was hurt, the plane was not damaged.
The Mari Transport Prosecutor's Office is checking compliance with the requirements of the legislation on flight safety.
The plane that had previously flown from Yekaterinburg to Rostov-on-Don returned to the airport of departure.
