On the other hand, he stressed that the driver, in the event of a traffic accident that resulted in injury or destruction of property, must stand and not escape from the scene of the accident, so as not to expose himself to an aggravating measure that goes beyond just a possible mistake, stressing that the law is strict about this behavior, because leaving the injured at the scene of the accident may It leads to aggravation of his injury and possibly death, while he could have been saved if the person responsible had stopped and informed the police and the ambulance.


He added that driving a vehicle under the influence of narcotics or psychotropic substances is one of the crimes that the legislator stresses about, and this is not limited to the mere use of prohibited drugs, but extends to prescription drugs, but it is prohibited to drive in the event of abuse, indicating the importance of adhering to these matters. Because it is considered aggravating circumstances when considering the case.


He warned against driving under the influence of fatigue, which usually results from not sleeping enough or working for long periods, pointing out that many people make this mistake, which has serious consequences.
