Compared to 2019, the amount of the payment will be doubled and will amount to 40 thousand rubles, ”the press service of the mayor and the government of the capital told TASS.
The corresponding order was signed by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
In April, about 1.2 million Russians received payments in honor of the 75th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Also, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted that the support of veterans from the state should be constant and tangible.
