The "Management Measures" clarify the qualifications of practitioners, emphasize the need to support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, fully implement the party's educational policy, and implement the fundamental tasks of morality and cultivation; patriotism and law, abide by the constitutional principles, and abide by Laws and regulations, perform various duties in accordance with the law; must have good ideological and professional ethics, be civilized, and care for students; teaching, teaching and research personnel should also be exemplary, benevolent and dedicated, and those engaged in management training according to disciplines must have corresponding teacher qualifications Certificates.
