It was a different kind of "touchdown" that stole the headlines during the college match in American football between the Miami Hurricanes and the Appalachian State Mountaineers last Saturday.
For in the middle of the match, the eyes were directed to one short side where a cat suddenly dangled from the top floor of Hard Rock Stadium.
The cat fell to the stands, but thanks to two quick-witted supporters, it made a soft landing - in an American flag.
Great cheers erupted in the arena.
