While the Court of Appeal stated, in the merits of the ruling, that the evidence from the papers is that the report of the expert delegated by the Court of First Instance concluded that it was agreed between the two parties that the company would manufacture and supply furniture for the villa owned by the appellant, noting that the report was technically and procedurally sound, The appellant's objections do not affect him, and the court decided to uphold the judgment of the court of first instance and obligate the appellant to pay fees and expenses.
