November 17, 2020 "There are 27 magistrates for whom the general prosecutor has already exercised disciplinary action for the facts that emerged from chats and wiretapping".
"I have taken on the responsibility of making guidelines to clarify which disciplinarily relevant behaviors are and which are not, I have also received criticism, but this is the time to take responsibility".
This was stated by the Attorney General of the Cassation, Giovanni Salvi, addressing, during a speech at the plenum of the CSM in the afternoon, the issue of the prosecution case and the chats that emerged from Luca Palamara's phone.
According to Giovanni Salvi, "the same choice should be made by the first and fourth commissions of the CSM in order to have general indications to follow".
