Earlier it was reported that the second package of measures to support the IT industry in Russia provides for simplification for IT specialists to obtain a residence permit, as well as preferential mortgages and loans.
This is stated in the action plan approved by the government.
An increase in the competitiveness of Russian IT solutions and the creation of a simplified regime for the transfer of business and personnel from a foreign to Russian jurisdiction are also expected.
