In the United States, a couple in their 30s with five children under the age of 10 died every two weeks due to COVID-19.

On the 13th local time, foreign media such as the Washington Post (WP) reported that a nurse from Yukaipa, California, and her husband Daniel Masias, a middle school teacher, died of complications from Corona 19 infection.

After giving birth to his youngest daughter, his wife, Davy, died on the 26th of last month from complications of Corona.

Her husband, Daniel, also passed away on the 9th after his wife after battling Corona.

According to the bereaved family, at the end of July, the couple went on a family trip with their 7-year-old, 5-year-old, 3-year-old and 2-year-old children. At the time, Davy was pregnant with her youngest daughter.

During this trip, all of the Masias family were infected with COVID-19.

The children recovered relatively quickly, but the couple's condition worsened and they were hospitalized.

Davy was reportedly not vaccinated because of concerns about the fetus, and it is unknown if Daniel has been vaccinated.

Davy, who was fighting the disease in the intensive care unit, gave birth to her youngest daughter by caesarean section on the 18th of last month while on a ventilator.

However, just 8 days later, Davy died of corona complications, and Daniel, who was in the same hospital intensive care unit with his wife, closed his eyes after a while.

The five children who lost both parents abruptly are now being cared for by their grandparents.

The family said the children were unable to accept the sudden death of both parents, and that they are looking for their mother and father every night.

This is a 'news pick'.
