Both the names of the rapper appear in the recommendations of the SBU: both Valeev and Morgenstern, "he explained.
Dekhtyarenko said that in September this year, the SBU additionally informed the relevant authorities about the planned concerts of Morgenstern in Ukraine.
“The presence of a person on the“ list of the Ministry of Culture ”automatically prohibits any concert activity on the territory of Ukraine.
Thus, any tour of Morgenstern on the territory of Ukraine is prohibited, ”he stressed.
The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine at the end of April included Morgenstern in the list of persons who pose a threat to the national security of the state, he is prohibited from entering the country.
In May, the names of Russian actors Igor Kopylov, Igor Petrenko and Maria Mironova were added to this list.
