This is a case revealed yesterday in Saint-Médard-de-Guizières, a village of 2,300 inhabitants in Gironde: a seven-year-old child was escorted home by a municipal police officer before lunch because of unpaid canteen. His parents had, in fact, stopped paying the costs of the canteen since 2019 and today owe the sum of 800 euros to the municipality.
