  2. Focus on important ecological environment elements and improve the classification compensation system

 4. Give full play to the role of market mechanisms and accelerate the promotion of diversified compensation

  Reasonably define the rights of the ecological environment, and in accordance with the principle of beneficiaries pay, through market-oriented and diversified methods, promote the effective compensation of the interests of ecological protectors, and stimulate the enthusiasm of the whole society to participate in ecological protection.
