The Gangwon regional primary for the election of the Democratic Party's presidential candidates and the '1st Super Week' started a little while ago.



The six candidates for the Democratic primary, Jae-myung Lee, Doo-gwan Kim, Se-kyun Jeong, Nak-yeon Lee, Yong-jin Park, and Mi-ae Choo (Ho-soon Ki) are giving a joint speech at the Oak Valley Resort Convention Hall in Wonju, Gangwon, from 3:30 pm today (12th).



It is the first 'Super Week' in which the voting results of the first round of recruitment made up of general party members and citizens are announced, and it is the fourth touring competition after the Chungcheong area last week and Daegu and Gyeongbuk yesterday (11th).



With the online voting days of the 1st Electoral College of 640,000 people surpassing 70%, attention is also being paid to the final turnout that reflects the ARS voting that has continued until today.



At the time of the last 19th presidential election, the final turnout record was 76.6%.



Immediately after the joint speeches of the six candidates are over, the Democratic Party begins to count the votes, and the results are announced around 6 pm.



Lee Sang-min, chairman of the Democratic Party's Election Commission, will announce the results of the Gangwon regional primary and the results of the first round of voting in turn.
