More than two months ago, Haitian President Jovenel Moïse was assassinated in the middle of the night in his room without any police officer from his close security being injured.

The judge chosen to hear the case began the hearings of some of the arrested people.

The file becomes even more political, because the current Prime Minister Ariel Henry is invited to the prosecution on Tuesday, September 14.

Just hours after the president's assassination, two calls were made between the phones of Prime Minister Ariel Henry and Joseph Felix Badio, who is actively wanted as part of the investigation.

At 4:03 am then 4:20 am on July 7, the latter's phone was geolocated in the district where

Jovenel Moïse's

residence is located

.

This is reported by the government commissioner, that is to say the prosecutor of Port-au-Prince, in his letter in which he invites Ariel Henry to appear at the prosecution on Tuesday.

The head of government warns against any diversionary attempt.

The Prime Minister can refuse to appear at the prosecution

The diversionary maneuvers to sow confusion and prevent justice from doing its job calmly will not pass,"

exclaimed Ariel Henry

.

The real culprits, the intellectual authors and the sponsors of the odious assassination of President Jovenel Moïse will be found, brought to justice and punished for their crime.

Good to know, hi!

"

In his letter, the government commissioner indicated that the Prime Minister could refuse to appear at the invitation to the public prosecutor's office, taking into account - and it is written in bold in the letter - "

of the restrictions due to [his] status of senior official ”

.

Because to hear a minister, the judicial authorities must normally obtain the authorization of the president.

A procedure today impossible, because since the assassination of Jovenel Moïse,

Haiti

no longer has a president.

And the mystery as to the sponsors of this murder continues.
