Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic beat German Alexander Zverev in the semifinals at the US Open. Djokovic beat Zverev 4-6, 6-2, 6-4, 4-6, 6-2, taking revenge for the defeat he suffered at the last Tokyo 2020 Games. If he were to beat Daniil Medvedev in Sunday's final, Djokovic would be the first player in more than half a century to win all four Grand Slam titles in the same year and would surpass Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal in number of major trophies.
