  The supporting teachers started to act, digging their shoulders with their hands, sweating like rain, cleaning up the silt in the school, and buying wood to build temporary classrooms and dining halls.

There is no water in the temporary residence. Drinking water is carried back from bucket to bucket hundreds of meters away by ditching. Ninglang is high in altitude, low in boiling point, and the rice is not cooked well. Teachers often fill up their hunger with potatoes; they cannot communicate with each other because of language barrier. ; The basics of the first-year freshmen are not up to the level of the fourth grade primary school students in Hai’an, and many people do not even know how to perform mixed operations.

Many students have uncorrected learning attitudes, smoking, eating, and disobedience during class; customs taboos and parents’ distrust are a big mountain in front of the support teachers...

  The teachers in Hai’an first started with management, formulated strict rules and regulations, implemented the management system of grade group leader, the responsibility system of teacher positions, and the key teacher check system, and the school's work was carried out in an orderly manner.

Management became stricter, and problems followed one after another.

The Hai’an team is preparing to ban smoking. The local teacher said: “You can’t stop! The Yi people’s proverb says, “Tobacco is for children and grandchildren, smoking is for children and grandchildren.” If you want to ban smoking, don’t you want to stop people’s incense?” Report the reward and punishment system, set up a no-smoking team, post a no-smoking proposal, organize debates and essay activities, and take the lead in not smoking on campus.

In October 2020, the Ministry of Education decided to implement the Nujiang Education Support Program of the Famous Teacher Pilot Project.

From 23 provinces and cities across the country, 60 support teachers, carefully selected by the first phase of the famous teacher pilot project, rushed to the Nu River from all over the motherland.

There were two batches in the two semesters before and after the famous teacher pilot project Nujiang education support operation, the first batch was 60 people, and the second batch was 54 people.

The ethnic regions in the central and western regions, such as Xinjiang, Tibet, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Guizhou, Gansu, etc., that often appear as aid recipients on weekdays have sent their own support teachers.
