The ceremony witnessed the graduation of 285 graduates, within master's programs in various disciplines of management, innovation and public policies, including 86 graduates from the Ministry of Interior in the field of "Executive Masters in Public Administration (EMPA)", in the presence of the Director General of the Department of Human Resources for the Government of Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mohammed Bin College Rashid for Governmental Administration, Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, the Executive President of the College, Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, and a group of leaders of the Ministry of Interior, and a number of college officials and academic staff.

The current batch’s specializations include Executive Masters in Public Administration (EMPA) with 180 graduates, Masters in Innovation Management (MIM) with 41 graduates, Masters in Public Administration (MPA) with 37 graduates, and Masters in Public Policy (MPP) with 27 graduates.
