  The meeting pointed out that the current labor rights and interests protection of new employment forms are more prominent, and platform companies must effectively improve their political positions, and accurately understand and grasp the "Guiding Opinions on Maintaining Labor Security Rights and Interests of New Employment Forms" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions") ), fully implement the requirements of the "Opinions", and employ labor in compliance with laws and regulations.

  The meeting requested that leading platform companies "take the lead and do demonstrations" and actively perform their employment responsibilities.

It is necessary to fully understand the basic situation of new employment forms of workers and labor cooperative enterprises relying on platform employment, quickly sort out and investigate platform employment problems, formulate rectification work plans in accordance with the requirements of the "Opinions", clarify timetables, roadmaps, and compact work responsibilities.

It is necessary to rectify in a timely manner, and for workers who conform to the establishment of labor relations in a new form of employment, labor contracts must be concluded in accordance with the law to protect their legal rights; for laborers who are not fully in compliance with the establishment of labor relations, a written agreement must be concluded to protect them in accordance with the requirements of the "Opinions."
