He added that he was surprised by the person sitting next to the driver, saluting him, and he replied with the word “Praise be to God.” He was surprised by the passenger of the car screaming at him, saying: “How do you say praise be to God, and you are drinking alcoholic drinks?” Then they got out of the car, and beat him with their hands. and their legs. He pointed out that one of the people punched him in the face, which led to his nose breaking, and he fell to the ground and blood bled profusely, explaining that he underwent surgery to repair the fracture, and he is still receiving treatment as a result of the deviated nose, in a way that affected his shape, and also resulted in his suffering in breathing.After deliberating the case, the Dubai Criminal Court sentenced two of the defendants to imprisonment for a period of three months and deportation, and acquitted a third, and referred a fourth to the Misdemeanour Court, and a fifth to the Juvenile Court.
