Today, production in Oskarshamn will once again be stopped, as a result of the lack of semiconductors, a component in electronics.

At the same time, the factories in Södertelje and Luleå can start production, albeit at a reduced rate.

- It has suited best so far.

It is a daily planning we do to supply cabins, says Peter Magnusson, site manager at Scania in Oskarshamn.

Hoping for new components

The plan is to start up again on Wednesday night, the hope is that there will be more components then.

Whether there will be more stops or a reduced production rate in the future is not yet decided.

- For us, it is important to be flexible and be able to produce and deliver the trucks when we have components.

The ambition is to even out production in Oskarshamn - hear more in the clip.
