According to the prosecutor, the accused raped a woman while she was sleeping and thus found herself in a particularly vulnerable situation.
The 26-year-old admits the course of events but denies the crime.
SMS conversation part of proof
The prosecutor's evidence includes interrogation of witnesses, medical records and telephone emptying that shows an SMS conversation between the parties after the incident.
A trial is now awaiting in Eskilstuna District Court.
