The facts date back to 2019: a resident of Bellegarde (Loiret) had spoken to a clairvoyant about her sentimental life.
The professional bond quickly turned into friendship.
A link that prompted the victim to lend money and even give his bank card code to the fortune teller.
A jackpot amounting to 10,000 euros
In September 2019, the victim noticed that banking transactions had taken place on her account, without her being the author.
The 46-year-old clairvoyant then confessed that she had used it to repay debts.
Debts, but not only.
The forties stole a total of 10,000 from her "friend" for various purchases.
The prosecutor said that the clairvoyant was not at her first attempt.
She was finally sentenced to six months in prison and to pay 11,000 euros in damages to the victim for financial and moral damage.
