A 36-year-old man is suspected of murder and attempted murder of two people.
“A complex of forensic examinations has been appointed, witnesses are being questioned, the recordings from CCTV cameras are seized and analyzed, the identities of the accused and the victims are being studied,” the Investigative Committee said.
The incident took place on the night of September 7 in Stary Oskol.
In the parking lot, a verbal conflict arose between the accused and two passers-by, after which the man took a gun out of the car and opened fire.
One person died of injury on the spot, the second was wounded in the shoulder.
