Axel Elmblad followed up Sunday's JVM bronze in the sprint with a JVM gold in Tuesday's middle distance outside Istanbul in Turkey.
He secured the gold when he went in 2 minutes and 13 seconds ahead of national team colleague Viktor Svensk.
135 participants from about 30 different countries participated in the middle distance.
Axel Elmblad now has two distances left during the JVM, it is about the long distance that will be decided on Thursday and the relay that will be decided on Friday.
