On Tuesday, Attunda District Court sentenced several men to prison for, among other things, a serious gun crime.

The men are residents of Västerås and Vårby in southern Stockholm.

They are convicted of handling three sharp firearms during the recording of a rap music video.

It's a pistol, a submachine gun and an AK-47.

The recording of the music video was carried out in an apartment and in a parking garage in the Stockholm area, as well as in Bjurhovda center and in a schoolyard in Västerås.

Dropped a cartridge during recording

On the floor of the parking garage where part of the music video was recorded, the police found a cartridge left behind.

The police have thus been able to link the AK-47 seen in the music video to the weapon used in the murder of 12-year-old Adriana in Botkyrka on 2 August 2020.

In its judgment, the district court writes that there is a clear ambition with the music video "from more or less organized criminal groups" to "mark their power and strength based on the presence of, among other things, fast cars, money, drugs, designer clothes and exclusive watches and weapons and the will to use its also for lethal force. "

The rapper in the video is sentenced to four years in prison and his brother is sentenced to five and a half years in prison.

The third man is sentenced to one year and two months in prison.

Shot several shots next to a playground in Västerås

At the same time, two of the men are also convicted of another serious gun crime, at Bäckby in Västerås on April 4, 2020. There, together with two other people, they fired several shots next to a playground.

The four men then ran to a nearby gate and hid the pistols above the roof tiles in the stairwell, before entering an apartment they had at their disposal.

The apartment contained additional ammunition suitable for the pistols, which was discovered after the regional task force stormed the apartment and arrested the four men.

All are sentenced to prison for this as well.

At the same time, two of the people from Västerås are also convicted of drug crime.
