- Unfortunately, we can state that there is a shortage of work for 23 fixed-term employees and two employees with longer fixed-term employment and in addition, all hourly employment has been terminated, says Patrik Silverudd, press manager at Humana.

Including the hourly substitutes, about 70 people with different degrees of service are affected.

They will now be offered help from the Security Council and support calls if necessary.

The company has tried to find new jobs internally, but only a few people have been able to match.

- It is of course very sad that we do not manage to find suitable jobs for everyone.

We continue to look for jobs within the company, but it looks tough because there are long journeys to the jobs that exist.

"Incredibly tragic accident"

It was on June 15 that a five-year-old boy was found drowned after he managed to deviate from Platea's HVB home in Hagfors.

Ivo decided to close the business because they felt there was a danger to the children's lives and health.

Humana later decided to close down all operations in the area.

- It was an incredibly tragic fatal accident that occurred this summer and it is not only the one that is the basis for closing down the business.

We did a big investigation that led to it.

Of course, a closure has tough consequences for employees who are affected, says Patrik Silverudd.
