According to TASS, the introduction of the corresponding regime was supported by 247 parliamentarians, 168 were against, 20 abstained.
As the agency clarifies, the country's President Andrzej Duda introduced a state of emergency last week, but the Diet could have canceled it if the majority of the deputies had opposed it.
Earlier, Duda approved the government's decision to declare a state of emergency in the regions on the border with Belarus.
