The small town of Saint-Just-Malmont (Haute-Loire) was the scene of a terrible accident on Saturday evening.

, a sexagenarian walking along the road died, around 8:45 p.m., after being run over by a tractor.
The intervention of the emergency services on the spot did not make it possible to bring the pedestrian back to life.
Driving the tractor was a 16-year-old boy who was in shock and was evacuated to hospital.
Screenings carried out on the young driver are being analyzed.
He was accompanied on board the tractor by another 16-year-old teenager.
An investigation was immediately opened by the gendarmes to determine the exact circumstances of this tragedy.
They will hear in particular the two teenagers, while the tractor was seized.
