“The volume of investments is 33.3 billion rubles (31.8 billion rubles - capital expenditures, 1.5 billion rubles - rolling stock),” the document says.
It is assumed that the investment will be divided equally by Roscosmos, together with an external investor, the Amur Region and Gazprom.
Work is underway to make the project cheaper.
Tram traffic should connect the Vostochny cosmodrome with ZATO Tsiolkovsky, the future airport, the cities of Svobodny and Shimanovsk and the Amur GPP.
Earlier, during his visit to the Amur Region, Russian President Vladimir Putin inspected the construction site of the launch complex for the Angara launch vehicles and got acquainted with the construction progress of the second stage of the Vostochny cosmodrome.
