It seems to me that an attempt is being played out to sabotage the Minsk agreements and generally abandon them on the part of Ukraine with the support of the United States, ”the specialist explained.

The expert suggested that this statement may be followed by another campaign of provocations, during which the international community will say that “the Minsk agreements are dead,” and Russia is supposedly to blame for this.
