It was between 2019 and 2020 that the 17-year-old raped two children, who were then in primary school, outdoors and in a home.
The verdict states that the sexual acts are, with regard to the seriousness of the violation, comparable to intercourse.
In early August, the 17-year-old boy was prosecuted at Lycksele District Court after, among other things, technical evidence in the form of DNA matches on children's underwear was found in his room.
Damages and youth care
According to the verdict, the boy must pay a total of SEK 560,000 in damages to the children and receive closed youth care for one year and four months.
