In detail, the regulation defines two types of violations of private lessons, the first is the practice of private teaching activity (private lessons), by providing it through direct contact (personal meeting), in public or private places or home visits, with or without payment, for all educational levels, or Permitting it to be presented, regulated or mediated.

As for the second violation, which is sports training, the regulation stipulates that the ban on practicing private sports training activity, of all kinds (individual or group classes), will apply without obtaining a permit from the concerned authorities.

The regulation established a penalty to be applied to both violations, a fine of 30,000 dirhams for the person who provided, organized or mediated it, and a fine of 20,000 dirhams for the person responsible for the private places who were allowed to submit, organize or mediate in them.

And the Ministry of Education banned, last year, all forms of reinforcement lessons, which are offered to male and female students, and the practice of teaching by direct meeting in private places and education centers designated for this purpose, and in homes, with the exception of lessons that are provided remotely.

The ministry said that this measure comes within the framework of its commitment to implement preventive and precautionary measures to confront the emerging (Corona) virus, which would preserve the security, safety and health of our students in particular, and thus the safety of society, and its health security in general.
